What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order you will be e-mailed a confirmation containing a barcode and reference number. Please show this barcode on arrival at the venue.
How do I use my e-ticket?
You will be e-mailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Please show a copy of the confirmation e-mail either printed or electronically at the venue for access.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
I can’t attend the performance do I get a refund?
Tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis as per the terms of sale
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
You can purchase a ticket in person from the Wellsprings Leisure Centre reception in advance. If there are spaces available you can also book on the day, however we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do babies/infants require a ticket?
For some family and children’s shows, there is a babes in arms policy. Children under 2 will be required to sit on the paying adult’s knee and must not take up a seat. Please check with the centre if this is applicable for the desired event.
Do I have an allocated seat?
No, all seats are general admission and allocated on a first come first served basis.
